End of Summer Greenery
Hope you all have been well!
I am writing this to you on what I consider the end of the summer season, Labor Day. I assure you are enjoying your festivities on this fine day. I know I am, as I’m already a little tipsy from the wine (shhhh! don’t tell).
As some of you may know, with the end of the year comes the beginning of school! I started two weeks ago and its already busy, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t gotten some pictures in along the way.
I love school around this time of year, as the greenery is incredible. There is a wall in particular, on campus, that has the best leaves growing up it. Naturally, I had my friend Ashley take some pictures of me in front of it and they turned out great so I wanted to share them with you.
P.S. these jeans never came with a hole in the knees! I ripped out the covered part to expose them. So, if you happen to purchase them you can do the same.
This was the perfect time to capture these moments as this greenery will be gone come fall/winter! However, the wall still looks pretty in the fall too. You may be seeing more of this wall in the future :). Also you may consider this look a little fall, however, I say its transitional to fall. I’ve been cleaning out some clothes since I just moved into a new apartment, and this shirt happened to pop up. Thus, it needed to be brought back into rotation, as classic J.Crew never goes out of style.
Guys, I am proud that I wrote this being as tipsy as I am currently. I think that in itself deserves a toast! Happy Labor Day, and here’s to the fall/winter season (AKA SWEATER SEASON!). Have a great day and enjoy it.
