Pantone X Coachella
I recently partnered with online retailer, Farfetch to bring you a spring look inspired by pastel pantone colors. When Farfetch emailed me, I was so excited and wanted to put my own twist on this idea. As some of you may know, I am headed to Coachella in April and I am in need of a good outfit. So I create some spring Coachella inspiration.
Pantone came out with their two colors of the year, one of which was Serenity (Pantone 15-3919). I wanted to emulate the silky blue Serenity has to offer and bring it into the products for this outfit.

For this look I wanted to focus on small details of pastels and bring in neutral colors for a calm and effortless look. As you can tell, I was inspired by blue hues with pops of soft tans. I feel this is the best way to emulate the colors of the Coachella valley.
Along with color, I wanted to focus on print and texture. The shorts speak for the entire outfit with its beautiful bird motifs. I always love a little print, and these shorts are just enough to make a statement, all the while still keeping with the blue and tan hues. As for texture I loved these Giuseppe Zanotti espadrilles with blue and tan snakeskin. It gives the outfit dimension.
For the accessory portion, I fell in love with these Dior split shades and have been in love ever since they came out! The gold blends extremely well with the tan hues of the outfit. Hats are essential since the hot sun is out all day, so I needed one that would work well with the outfit. This blue Etro panama hat was perfect and would work well with the overall look. Finally, this Lanvin bird necklace was meant for fun, but then i realized that it matched the birds of the shorts, so it was even more of a must.
I think this outfit is a win for Coachella! Thank you Farfetch for presenting me with this opportunity to create something that could possibly be some great outfit inspiration for my trip to Coachella!
I hope you all enjoyed this post. Stay tuned for my Coachella adventures!
Have a great week.
