The Perfect Parfait

Hello my hungry friends!

I wanted to share an easy snack recipe with you! I call this “The Perfect Parfait” and it is quite delicious when you are craving something sweet, but healthy.

Just as a side note, you are welcome to interpret this recipe any way you want. I am giving you creative freedom to add whatever you choose.
Greek yogurt will obviously be the main ingredient in this recipe. However, lets be honest, Greek yogurt by itself is plain gross. I thought it would be normal when I first tried it, and my childhood was ruined. Ha. Now that I am older and THINK, I know its important to mix the yogurt with items of your liking to make it pleasing.

  • 1 container of Greek Yogurt (I am using Fage, because I like its creamy texture)
  • 3/4 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • A drizzle of honey
  • a pinch of sugar

Oh and you will need one mug! I think the mug makes this look very Pinterest, however you are welcome to use a bowl :). This monogram mug was on sale at Anthropologie so it was obvious that I needed it.

Now that was an easy list of ingredients. Possibly the easiest I have ever read.

Perfect Parfait

Fage Yogurt

I usually scoop about 4 spoonfuls of yogurt.

Make sure you hull those strawberries. We don’t want any leaves in there 🙂

Look how majestic that honey looks. YUM!! Put as much or as little as you want.

Mix and enjoy your new midday snack. Again, add or subtract whatever you please and feel free to share your own version with me.

Well that should hold you over till dinner. I hope you enjoyed this post.

Have a great week!
